General Terms and Conditions for the Holiday Accommodation „FeWoś by Kaan“

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of holiday accommodations as well as all further services and deliveries provided to the customer by the lessor.

2. Conclusion of Contract The contract is concluded by the acceptance of the customer’s application by the lessor. The lessor is free to confirm the booking of the holiday accommodation in writing.

3. Services, Prices, Payment, Offsetting The lessor is obliged to provide the booked holiday accommodation and to perform the agreed services. The guest commits to paying the prices of the lessor that apply or have been agreed upon for the provision and any additional services. Payment is made in advance or as agreed.

4. Withdrawal of the Customer (Cancellation, No Show) Withdrawal of the customer from the contract concluded with the lessor requires the written consent of the lessor. If this is not given, the agreed price is to be paid even if the customer does not make use of contractual services.

5. Withdrawal of the Lessor If an agreed or pre-paid payment is not made, the lessor is also entitled to withdraw from the contract.

6. Liability of the Guest for Damages The guest is liable for all damages caused during his stay in the holiday accommodation by him, his accompanying persons, or his guests. This includes damages to the furnishing, the building or the property, as well as any consequential damages. The lessor must be informed about any damages immediately.

7. Compliance with House Rules The guest agrees to comply with all house rules that were indicated on the respective booking portal prior to the booking. In case of violations of the house rules, the lessor reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including, but not limited to, the premature termination of the stay.

8. Liability of the Lessor The lessor is liable with the diligence of a prudent businessman for his obligations from the contract. Customer claims for compensation are excluded.

9. Final Provisions Modifications or amendments to the contract, the acceptance of the application, or these General Terms and Conditions should be made in writing. Unilateral modifications or amendments by the customer are ineffective.
