House Rules for Our Accommodation:
Access to the Property:
1. Access to the apartment is via a key box. The code for the key box will be emailed to you two days before your arrival. Please keep the code safe and ensure that the key box is locked again upon your departure.
Smoking:
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the accommodation. This applies to both cigarettes and electronic smoking devices. In case of a breach of this rule, an additional cleaning fee of 250 Euros will be charged. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.
Quiet Hours:
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask our guests to refrain from making loud noises during this period and to respect the peace of the neighborhood. Please be aware that violations of the quiet hours can lead to complaints from neighbors and possible additional charges.
Pets:
4. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Exceptions are made for assistance animals, though we ask to discuss this with us in advance. If a pet is brought without prior communication, an additional fee of 25 Euros per night will be charged.
Check-in and Check-out:
5. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Depending on availability, we offer the possibility of an earlier check-in or a later check-out. Up to one hour, this service is free of charge, after which we charge a fee of 10 Euros per hour.
Booking Restrictions:
6. Guests who live in the same city or directly adjacent cities are generally not accepted. Exceptions are made when an employer books the accommodation for its employees.
Usage Restrictions:
7. Commercial use of the accommodation and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Maximum Occupancy:
8. Only as many guests as originally booked are allowed. If more guests arrive than were booked and this was not communicated in advance with the host, the host reserves the right to impose a penalty fee.
